Now you can check the status of your appeal online 24/7 whenever you log into Provider Express. Your appeal status is easy to find with just a click of the button in the main navigation bar. Once you get to your Appeals Summary page, click on the specific member for more details.

Until we have this capability in place, however, we ask that you allow 10 business days for the paper version of any Optum appeal communication to arrive by US postal service before contacting Optum.
